I’ve long been a dog lady. We’ve had Chinese Cresteds for over a decade. Think worlds ugliest dog. Except in our case, they were just the opposite. Delightful canines with well-balanced, friendly, and nurturing temperaments.

My heart is with dogs as they provide such connection and companionship. They know when you are happy, excited, ill, stressed, anxious, or tired. They live in the moment, and their needs are simple – food and water, grooming, and affection.

There are no dogs with us right now. We’ve lost them both in the last 8 months, and our hearts need to heal a little. But one day…
