B + E = power breakky

What’s your go-to comfort food?

Without doubt it’s has to be a cooked breakfast. Bacon (just one piece), eggs (scrambled or poached), one hash brown, a couple of mini tomatoes, spinach, and mushrooms. And if they have them – an avocado with salt and pepper. Yum!

Packed with protein and iron, it sets me up for a power day!

For a special occasion, I’d eat it out, but it’s cheaper and easier to have a home cook up.
