Do you eat a breakfast of champions?

What is your breakky habit? Do you eat a nutritious meal to fuel your day, do you ‘grab and go’, or do you skip what they say is the most important meal of the day?

I try to have breakky every morning. Generally, a high protein yoghurt, cereal, or a piece of fruit. Oh yes, and coffee.

Ideally, it would be a balanced breakfast that includes protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats, but during the week, I find it hard to make the time, so it needs to be quick and something I can take to work!
