3 Strategies for Living, Not Existing

Don’t you think living is more than just being present and ‘doing the do’. It’s about experiencing life fully, engaging with the world, and finding meaning.

It’s easy to just go through the motions day after day, especially during the week.

Here are some strategies to realise a vibrant life.

I’m no expert, but I’m trying to practise this every day:

– Focus on the now

– Meditate

– Be mindful and deliberate

– Be grateful

– Connect with others

– Be curious

– Explore and / or travel

– Create goals and actions

– Be kind to yourself and others

– Share what you have.

Go for progress, not perfection, friends.
