Oh, how hard is it. The mid week slump.
But glass half full right. The week hump is half climbed! I’ve got this. You’ve got this.
Take a deep breath, enjoy a short walk – even 5 minutes – and remember why you do this.
Be kind to yourself. Drink from a beautiful cup. Go outdoors and look at the sky. Buy a new pen. Eat your favourite snack.
Small wins matter. This weekend is closer than it seems.
