Late night. Early morning. Insufficient sleep. Regardless, it’s a brand new day and an opportunity to break an egg, try something new, and be inspired for what comes next.
Here are a few motivating thoughts I’m going to use (in addition to coffee). They might help you start your day too:
- Remember that even the smallest actions can lead to significant progress.
- Think about what you’re grateful for and the good things that await you.
- Look at something in a totally different way. Having trouble? Ask someone else. “If there was one thing you could do to improve X, what would it be?”
- Be curious and courgeous.
- Be inspired, not scared, of change.
- Listen to your favorite music, watch a motivational video, or read an inspiring quote.
- Acknowledge your accomplishments, no matter how small. You’re doing ok.
