What’s your favorite recipe?
In our house we love Indian, Persian, and Asian (well, various, you get the idea) cooking. My spice ‘rack’ is a spice ‘cupboard’, and our favourites are those dishes that need to sit on the stove for a while and simmer and, as a result, are full of flavour.
I love to experiment with different flavours. But it takes time, right. If you want beauty, you gotta work for it. And so sadly I don’t cook as much as I like.

Think Tachin Joojeh. Iranian dish. Chicken, yoghurt, rice. I can taste it now.
