No grudges

Are you holding a grudge? About?

I used to. But not in The Second 50.

Holding a grudge can impact our mental and physical health, contributing to stress, anxiety, and depression.

It can damage our relationships with others and make day to day life more difficult than it needs to be.

I just don’t want to spend energy on grudges. I want to focus on things that bring joy to me and others.

But if we already have one? Letting go of grudges can help us move through life a little lighter, happier, and more at peace. That’s all I want for my life. Light, peace, happiness, and joy. And I think coming to a place of peace about the issue or person is the key. It’s not easy, but it’s worth the effort.

Be happy, friends.
