I’m currently writing a uni paper about this. The attributes of an effective leader. The qualities that inspire, motivate, and guide others to nurtue engagement, tenure, curiosity, and courage. Here are five key attributes of an effective leader:
* Integrity,
* Vision,
* Empathy,
* Resilience,
* Decisiveness.
These attributes work together to create a leader who is respected, admired, and effective. They nurtue the leaders of tomorrow.

I certainly don’t pretend that I exhibit all of these traits, particularly all of the time, but leadership is a work in progress, with plenty of lessons learned.
