What things give you energy?

There are plenty of ways to find happiness in your life. I’m not perfect. It’s definitely a work in progress. But there are a few things I try to practice.

  • Practicing gratitude by regularly acknowledging the positive aspects of life.
  • Spending quality time with friends and family.
  • Finding and participating in activities that bring purpose and fulfilment.
  • Prioritising physical and mental health by getting enough sleep, eating nutritious food, and exercising regularly (although not as much as I’d like) and taking supplements.
