Exercising

What have you been putting off doing? Why?

With this goal of mine to run a marathon, I have to stop finding excuses as to why I’m too busy to walk and jog during the week (after work). This weekend, I am putting in place things to make it easier for me to get outside during the week. This includes meal prepping.

Get organised, friends.

  1. Been procrastinating my exercising regiment. I hate how my body looks and feels right now

    1. Well I realised that I wasn’t going to do it unless I found a way to remove all the roadblocks. Im doing that this weekend. Now, there will be no excuse, right. The next step will be to start small. Tomorrow it will be a 15-20 min walk. That’s it. Just a kickstarter.
      What exercise do you enjoy? Can you re-boot with that?

      1. I’ve enjoyed standing pilates mixed with HIT Workouts.
        Also I stopped working and I used to work out every morning. It served as motivation. Guess that could be why I’m not working out anymore…

        I’ll take you up on the 15-20 minutes.
        Ease back into it..
